In short: Matchofesh compares and refers; it does not sell. Prices it shows include taxes and are correct at the moment of checking; the binding price is the one on the supplier's site when you book. The links it sends are redirect links on its own domain that lead to the supplier's site.

This is a convenience translation. The Hebrew version at matchofesh.com/terms.html is the binding one.

1. General

These terms govern use of the website matchofesh.com and the "Matchofesh" WhatsApp service at 054-980-6722 (together, the "service"), operated by The Matchofesh team ("we"). Sending a message to the service means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

The service helps plan holidays: it searches and compares flights, hotels, packages, activities and related services from various suppliers, presents options with the final price including taxes and fees as far as known to us, checks in which countries the hotel price is lower, and refers you to the supplier's site to book. On request it may also send reminders, price-change alerts and activity suggestions.

The service runs with the help of an AI model. Its replies are information to support your decision, not professional, legal or insurance advice. Check the essentials (dates, passenger names, cancellation terms, visa and passport requirements) with the supplier before booking.

3. We are not a travel agency

The service does not sell travel services, is not a party to the transaction between you and the supplier, and does not charge you. Booking, payment, ticketing, changes, cancellations, service and responsibility for performance rest with the supplier alone, under its terms. Any claim regarding a booking should be addressed to the supplier.

4. Prices and availability

  • Every price the service shows is the final amount to pay, including taxes and fees, as known to us when checked. If a supplier adds fees at checkout that were not visible to us, we update as soon as we learn of it.
  • Prices and availability change frequently. The binding price is the one shown on the supplier's site at the moment of booking.
  • Currency conversions are for convenience, at an approximate rate; the supplier may charge in another currency at another rate.
  • We try to cover as many suppliers as possible and do not warrant that a price found is the lowest in existence.

Links the service sends are short redirect links on our domain (matchofesh.com/go/...) leading to the supplier's site. The redirect is recorded as described in the privacy policy. The service may have referral arrangements with suppliers and referral networks; these do not affect the price you pay, and the order in which options are shown is set by price and fit to your request alone.

6. Booking from another country (VPN)

When the service finds that a hotel price is lower when browsing from another country, it says so and explains how to book that way using a third-party VPN service. Whether to do so is your decision. Check the terms of the booking site and the VPN provider, the currency and the cancellation terms. We are not responsible for the actions of the booking site or the VPN provider, including price changes, cancelled bookings or charges in another currency.

7. Fair use

The service is for personal use and holiday planning only, by people aged 18 and over. Do not use it to collect prices automatically, to harass, to send unlawful content or to infringe others' rights. We may limit or stop the service for anyone who breaches these terms.

8. WhatsApp messages

Proactive messages (reminders, alerts, suggestions) are sent only after you asked for them and subject to the WhatsApp Business rules. You can stop them at any time by writing "stop". Use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

9. Intellectual property

The name Matchofesh, the mark, logo, design and content of the site and service belong to us or our licensors. Information about flights, hotels and products belongs to the suppliers. Do not copy or use them commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy of prices or fitness for a particular purpose. Subject to law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed 1,000 ILS. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, or any other law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A material change will be published on this page and mentioned in the WhatsApp conversation; continued use afterwards means acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the service are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction.
